shift-lines appear when scrolling up #130

Platform:
Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. scrolling up after having scrolled down on any page
2. worse with images in the same file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The scrolling up used to be fluid (when running 1.4.2 in OSX 10.6.8).  Now, 
gray shift lines appear when scrolling up, only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iCHM ver. 1.4.2 on OSX 10.7 (Lion)

I have exactly the same problem with the liness. The version and OS is the same 
also. Just wanted to let you know.

I have the same issue.  It's like the screen doesn't refresh when scrolling up.

Exactly the same problem.

I suspect it has something to do with Lion; I've never experienced this with 
Snow Leopard.
