Markdown Support Not Working #584

I am on the latest Rodeo 2.5.2 on Win 7.

There is apparently no support for Markdown other than an ability to indicate that a file type is so (Python, SQL or Markdown types are provided). But it does not produce any output, and there is no functionality whatsoever or any kind of preview. Is this build broken? I am asking because I can find blog posts that show an ability to export to PDF.
