Add button "Get it on F-Droid" #10

Please, add a button "Get it on F-Droid" with a PNG file from https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Get_it_on_F-Droid.svg in a file called README.md on GitHub and on your website, both with the appropriate link to the page of your app on F-Droid.

This request is especially important as the version in F-Droid is currently broken.

The one that was starred on F-Droid was the previous version. I tapped and installed the latest version. Still got the error, but then turned on WiFi only in the settings and exited/killed the app. After starting it again and turing off the WiFi only option, it works.

Latest version is from 2015 on F-Droid. Can you please update it? @yhcting
