Unable to parse single quote #277

1. Add some value with single quote in any field
2. try to search this value with any filter
3. you'll get similar error

<message xml:lang="en-US">Invalid query option in '[$filter=Id eq 
'LC-CAN'T.BE.GT.THAN.MAT.REVIEW.DATE']'. Error: String index out of range: 
54</message>

similar to some other value that contains % symbol also have same issue.
