IGV + fixed bam = missing hoverbox #120

latest version of IGV does not show hover boxes in fixed bam files :unamused:

This seems to always happen once the SA:Z: tag is set. Bug of feature from IGV.

Reported and awaiting comment. For now it seems dr-disco meets SAM conventions and does not need modifications.
