I made a new function, plot_projoint_choice_level_mm.R
I renamed plot.projoint_results.R to plot_projoint_profile_level.R
Then, I re-made plot.projiont_results.R
I added the Roxygen2 documentation, but please revise them after merging these changes to the main.
I also revised vignette 05. Please check it and revise it.
