Set multiple levels for the attribute of interest #9

The current version of our package should estimate the choice-level MMs or AMCEs for multiple levels -- e.g., MM of choosing White when another candidate is Black or Hispanic. I will add a section to Article 7 (Explore further).

Done. See Article 7. The example may not be super interesting. @katieclayton and @Mayya-Komisarchik, when you test the package using many data and many comparisons, please try to find something more interesting.
