Reason for disagreement: Personally, I think that it should still be explicitly mentioned in the User Guide that "For FACULTY, please use the home faculty listed in the student's matriculation record." This would clear any uncertainty with regards to which faculty to select without having to do a google search.
Maybe a reclassification as a documentation bug might be more appropriate in this case.

Based on this list, it may be unclear which faculty should Nursing and Pharmacy students be put into. It can be argued that vaccination is more critical to these 2 groups of students. Perhaps a table/footnote that shows this or indicating "Please refer to your matriculation record for your faculty" may help.
