Delete .authorspellings, close #837 #1004

activity.log and STYLE file no longer appear. I don't know if .ghci is still used but it seems old too (it may be necessary to delete it too). The rest of the repo seems useful!

.ghci is obsolete too, please delete it while you're at it.
