Rename files that differ only in casing #1105

Somewhere in the docs it was already mentioned that filenames that differ only in casing are known to cause issues with git on OSX so the approach was abandoned but there were still these 4 instances.

I'm confused, all those files already have different file-names even if we ignore case.

EDIT: never mind, I see now.
