Visualization not found in Server #2

We have Qlik Sense Enterprise version 3.2 SR3 installed. When i import the extention to QMC it is imported successfully , but when i try to use it in hub , it gives "Invalid Visualization - Visualization not found in Server".

Can you open console f12 and give me all of the errors?

The only error appearing is below:

loader.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT

It seems it crashed on uploading.

Download the extension again. Remove the extension from qmc. Restart Service dispatcher (Qlik Sense Repository Database) and when QMC is ready again try to import the extension.

I tried multiple times to do so. It is working fine from one PC . But when i open the same on server in gives this error.

Maybe your proxy is not allowing it to connect to google
