Refactor: bim-xarray is installed as a sub-package #4

This PR changes how bim-xarray is installed. It will now be installed when installing chromotion itself. This makes it easier to ensure tight integration of the specific version of bim-xarray which chromotion depends on.

Note bim-xarray is still a git submodule.
