It is a repetition and a verb should be used instead.

How is this a repetition?

I used the arrow to express an association and labeled it with the name of the association; this is exactly as recommended by the course website, see screenshot: image.png

If i didn't label the arrow, it wouldn't be clear what the association's label is.

Reason for disagreement: In this case the words in the diagram is not an association label but a role. Role should be placed closer to the class, similar to the multiplicity in the diagram.

Association labels are placed in the middle of the arrow with directions indicated.
