Check sentence and paragraph length #42

Check sentence length in words and paragraph length in sentences. Left some hardcoded values for now that seem like a good starting point. We can get feedback from the staff on this.

Right now the thresholds are:

35 for the max number of words in a sentence
10 for the max number of sentences in a paragraph
