编译安装2.1.2透明代理规则与直通无效

使用官方OPENWRT 23.05分支集成编译luci-app-xray最新版本，有一正常透明代理的编译集成1.52版本的官方21.02作对照，以排除xray服务端和客户端的设置问题。VPS部署方式为vless+grpc+web组合，可用性经过验证。
打开transparent和sniffer，fast DNS为223.5.5.5，geosite:cn直通，secure DNS 8.8.8.8，geosite:geolocation-!cn代理。

访问google.com无法打开。日志如下：
