Currently, the only way for the EMPs to reallocate tokens to the correct distribution is when the manager manually burns the strategy tokens and then makes the correct strategy deposits necessary. This should be automated with a fn.

I am considering doing this for the v2 of EMPs. It seems more appropriate because V2 may be more decentralized.
