Need to make the column width for region much smaller.

I set all the multiple selection column as wide as possible. Since if there are too many items and the width is not enough, it will become screenshot from 2013-09-26 22 40 01 If you think it is ok, I will change the width in all the pages

No you're right.  Keep them wide, but maybe just not all the way to the edge of the page. Leave a little room on the right, just a little (if it's easy to adjust).
