Teachers Page Display #20

1) Need to make the column width for name, region, and program smaller.

2) The formatting for the header in the drop down for programs detail needs to match other drop downs (bold with a colon).

I set all the multiple selection column as wide as possible. Since if there are too many items and the width is not enough, it will become screenshot from 2013-09-26 22 40 01 If you think it is ok, I will change the width in all the pages

Maybe make some of the the other stuff a little shorter that don't need the width.
