This pull request refactors the python scripts in the 'packages' folder. It includes the following changes:
Removed unused imports and variables
Renamed the 'blur' function in 'Blur.py' to 'apply_gaussian_blur'
Updated the function signature and added docstrings to 'apply_gaussian_blur' in 'Blur.py'
Updated the variable names and added docstrings to 'apply_color_range' in 'InRange.py'
Updated the variable names and added docstrings to 'apply_morphological_operations' in 'Morphology.py'
