add `paged.print` in `opts_chunk_attr` #2201

I believe https://github.com/rstudio/rstudio/issues/9895 would be best addressed here by adding paged.print to opts_chunk_attr

Perhaps there are other default chunk options that would also benefit from being added to the list ?
