Added feature: The numbers_to_words function now supports decimal numbers up to a specified number of decimal places.

The new optional parameter 'decimal_digits' controls the maximum number of decimal places to include in the output (default 10).
The function will round the fractional part if the input number has more decimal places than the specified value and show a warning.
This was requested in Issue #18
