Get the latest master and generate PDF guide. Found during testing of #248. Initially thought it has something to do with these changes, but that's how it was before them. Even though pdflatex is called twice as recommended : https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2-apidoc/blob/43add9d5b8ee4b8b45ceb410413f3edbb12efccf/templates/pdf/Makefile#L4-L6 The downloadable file available on site has table of contents though.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
