Remove examples directory from assets? #242

This issue has originally been reported by @ayhmedk at https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2/issues/16668. Moved here by @samdark.

It is possible to remove the "examples" directory from the "assets" in the next release of Yii 2.

Ex: When intall yii2 with bootstrap module ("yiisoft/yii2-bootstrap": "~2.0.0") an examples directory created into the assets.

I think its better to remove the examples directory form the assets of "yii2-bootstrap".

Hi @ayhmedk,

We're not shipping an examples/ directory with this extension. Where are you seeing it?

I guess that's from bootstrap package.
