[PickNPlace] 2 new sequence and grasp visualizer #106

visualizer for input elements' meshes, and also grasps (would be nice to even load the end effector mesh to help to understand)

Related to end effector visualization: loadEEMarker in MoveItVisualTools.

Add a check point to enable / disable end effector when viewing grasps in assembly sequence visualization.
