RRTConnect: Unable to sample any valid states for goal tree #87

Insufficient states in sampled goal region.

This is related to #69 .

In retraction planning, I encountered the following error for a few elements: Invalid joint pose passed to get forward kinematics

This happens because eef collides with element that is currently being printed.
