1、数据在生成标签的时候，做了4倍的下采样，当目标的斜框宽、高小于10的时候，代码里是直接舍弃了该部分目标的标签，在训练的时候是否会造成数据不干净，训练困难？ 2、在测试的时候是否会造成斜框宽、高小于10的目标识别不到的情况？ 期待您的回答

是有label不完整，size_thresh=3，基本可以忽略不计
