R squared values from permanovaFL #2

Hi Yijuan,

I was wondering if it is possible to calculate R-squared values associated with specific model terms when using the permanovaFL function, similar to adonis or adonis2. I tried calculating R-squared values directly from the F statistics given by permanovaFL, but they do not always match the R-squared values given by adonis2.
