During peak time if browser crashes, the process is started again but the form in not populated correctly #102

I have been trying this during peak time when load time at website are not good. Occasionally the browser would crash and try to start a new session. However, this time the form does not populate mandatory "citizenship" field. I have experienced this issue quite a lot.
