Drop / Remove field before project creation #613

It would be great if one can be able to select with field should be imported 
during the project creation step. I often have to load large file when I'm 
working only on a couple of field. Loading and removing all useless field takes 
time and decrease Google Refine performance 

This can be done by having the reorder columns / field feature at the project 
creation steps.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Another approach might be to combine this with 
choosing the data type of the input column/field (since I think we're going to 
turn off "guess data types" by default) and, similar to Excel or OO Calc, have 
a "Skip this column" option in addition to the supported data types.
