Switch to released version of Freebase reconciliation service #629

We currently have a version of the reconciliation service hardwired as

http://4.standard-reconcile.dfhuynh.user.dev.freebaseapps.com

I think we should switch to using the released version

http://standard-reconcile.freebaseapps.com

and manage the versions using Acre's release mechanism.
