Filter Freebase Suggest to Freebase commons types #91

An option or preference could be provided which restricted Freebase suggest to 
only show Freebase commons types and properties.  This would assist in 
funnelling reconciled data from users to the Freebase commons, and may help in 
avoiding confusion with users unfamiliar with Freebase.

A Whitelist option within Search API was suggested to Faye and Andi as a 
possible performance improvement for indexing Commmons types VERSUS using 
mql_filter to accomplish this.  I would suggest this issue be discussed with 
each of them first regarding this needed feature.
