Package removed after an update #17

I noticed that if i don't mark mutter as hold with apt it will be immediately updated which removes the modification. Is there a way to package this as an extension like blur me? since marking it as hold will occasionally break my desktop since other packages update and break if mutter isnt.

I'm wondering if any way around this could be making mutter-rounded a pacstall package.
