plot_ef_bar() left and right sided bars #84

Hi Sorry for the very basic question, but I cannot seem to figure this out. After performing LEfSe, I'm trying to plot the ef_bar plot. I'd like the plot to look like the log2 Fold change barplot that in the vignette is shown for Edger analysis. This is to say that, markers more abundant in one group should be on the left side of the Y axis, and the other ones on the opposite side. All my markers come with their absolute LDA score, and on the right side of the Y axis rather with the -e or +ve sign according to which group they belong.

Any idea on how to (using ggplot?) can I revert to the "edger" ef_plot?

I have the same question and I can't find the answer. Have you been able to solve this?
