It would be nice if notification of the new agenda via Discord or Email came with an ICS file with the meeting details listed.

When the agenda is scraped, and the email notification system is called, a corresponding ICS event is also created and sent along. This can then be easily added to any calendars the subscriber wishes. Or we host subscribable (one for each council) ICS calendars that update with new events.
