Inability to add phone numbers from foreign countries #3

According to the UG, there was no mention of the app being used specifically for Singaporeans only, however, the phone number of a contact is restricted to only accepting ones that are exactly 8 digits long, and begin with the number 9,8,7

This means that if there was a Malaysian who had a phone number that was longer than 8 digits, I would be unable to add my customer info into the app, overall reducing the usability of NomNomNotifier

Thank you. We should have scoped the documentation to include Singaporeans, as most of the features are geared towards Singaporeans.
