hi, I am reading your paper ，and want to test the effect. Would you mind publishing your dataset? including the BC5CDR and NCBI-Disease distant label data. thanks!!

I am truly sorry but the dictionaries we used include a UMLS cleaned version and an external dictionary containing hospital cooperation. Both can not be published online due to copyright reasons. You can prepare your own dictionary and then use maximum matching.
