Step 1.1: For Chicago, you should provide all three of your input files at the same time.
Step 1.2: Give a little more detail on why these enrichments make sense to you. Ex. does it make sense for there to be an increased number of interactions with CTCF? Why or why not?
Step 2.3: There are specific genes associated with the interactions you selected. Does it make sense that these genes are interacting with enhancers? Consider the cell line this data comes from (B-cells).
