How to rebuild a docker image automatically with auto_everything?

I need to use it so that for the next time, when I change some code, I could directly run that command to make the code deployment.

I made a script called development_tools_party.py under the root folder

You could use a command like the following to rebuilt a docker image:

python development_tools_party.py rebuild_free_map_service
