Add the "Opened" column to the Issues tab

This is a request for the Google Code interface: it would help to have the date 
when issues were opened, displayed among the columns. This can be done by each 
user by clicking the "..." link in the top right corner, but Google does not 
save the setting.

Google explained why they won't implement saving the Issues column layout, and 
also how the project Administrator can set it:

   <<It can be set by the project owner for the project by using the "Issue
tracker" subtab of the "Administer" tab.>>

If possible, sorting by the "Opened" column would be great.
