比如打开https://plus.google.com chrome下现实无法显示此网页

IE9 
可以打开但是显示证书不正确内容不予现实，我导入了fake证�
��依然不行

最新火狐5.0可以显示正常 

请教怎么办？

我一直设置的全局代理，可是还是不行，基本上所有https的网
站都打不开。即使某些不翻墙可用的比如google project
