请问如何应对GAE的收费计划 #158

看到Google对GAE有了新的计划，大家可能也都收到了邮件，但��
�不是很理解这个新计划的意思，请问这个计划对免费用户有�
��么影响？

另外，看到有的地方说将application settings里面的Max Idle 
Instances修改一下可以让免费用户规避此计划，为什么呢？Max 
Idle Instances就是最大闲置实例的意思吗？

另外，hyk proxy是否要怎么设置一下应对Google的改变呢？
