Hi, I have read your wonderful manuscript on Nature Communications and now I can get the output files successfully. I'm confused about one output file, named '~.deDoc(M).uncontinuedTAD'. Should I discard them for further analysis, or merge it with the '~.deDoc(M)' file? Any reply will be helpful. Thanks a lot！
