Debugger does not install properly on WinXP #72

SDK/Debugger version: 0.3.6
Eclipse version: 4.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Eclipse
2. Install Debugger
3. Open Launch Configuration dialog

Expected:
3 configuration types are available: Chromium JavaScript, Standalone V8 VM and 
WebKit Protocol.

Actual:
expected configuration types don't show up.

Incorrect Java version could be a probable cause. For example when running on 
1.5 (when 1.6 is required), Eclipse will block Debugger plugins almost silently 
(a error message in console once per installation).
