Improved diplomacy problem #78

I proposed AI an exchange: money for a hex. A hex was in the middle of three hexes and by buying it, I made AI dead. It doesn't seem to be a right behavior.

Yes, currently AI behavior in diplomacy needs improvement. I plan to do it soon.
