add better use of submitted product categories #42

collect all category-paths and submit natural names instead of category-ids (which is rather useless)

Hmm, you need to actually use this stuff to spot things like this. Personally we are not using the GTM extension that much, so thanks for contributing this back to all of the other users of this extension. Will merge and release accordingly.
