Add section to README about nginx support #7

I had to find out it doesn't work with nginx after installing this module.

I do agree with you that the free Nginx server does not do anything with the Link headers in regards with the HTTP/2 Server Push ability. However, it was mentioned to me that still browsers can benefit from the Link headers. I'm not sure how and why. So for now, I'll just merge.

Damn it, closed it instead of merging. Fixed now.
