Steps to reproduce

create a discussion
end it
'Repeat discussion?' dialog appears
don't answer, leaving discussion in 'limbo state'
open new device

Expected:

'limbo state' discussions shouldn't be visible to new users

Actual:

they are

Phantom groups are no longer displayed to new user. Additionally they are automatically deleted from the server 10 minutes after user is prompted to decide about repeating them, if there's no response from the user.
