Add support for "(very) near [start|end]" #29

This depends on https://github.com/yishn/jsx-tikzcd/pull/4. There is no GUI or visible change to the labels since the code for positioning the labels is a black box for me.

I have updated this PR so it no longer depends on https://github.com/yishn/jsx-tikzcd/pull/4.
