Set up fox NPC with animations + slight refactor of animation system. #46

Get Aliz's fox working as an NPC, and tweak the current animation system, for the sake of longevity.

Animation still needs smoothing out, but functionality is working well. It should also now be easier to add animations associated with different NPC behaviors.
