build(demo,lib): Update dependencies, use webpack@4 #8

Update depencencies to more recent versions. Main changes are related to webpack, from ^3.10.0 to ^4.17.2. (0475085b96c216b8d4a4c319df6fbbf195a6fd35)

Also, a small change has been done to build scripts, so that npm run build locally does not end up with the demo configured with gh-pages (d8117d5c0c82ce4d2b10f3bd1b2e17ddecdaa695)

A test-specific tsconfig file was added (95c45650aed6818f38865bd5518bef8afb44cf78)
